Addressing a press convention on Monday, Mukesh Patel, President of Indo-Japan Affiliation Gujarat mentioned, “As we’re opening new horizons for Gujarat and sister-state Hyogo prefecture, we’ve determined to start out with cultural actions from Japan.”
