The disagreement between the BJP and actor Vijay followers over ‘Mersal’ spilled over offline after a youth was arrested in Srivilliputhur for allegedly posting derogatory feedback in opposition to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The arrest got here after BJP district secretary Okay Marimuthu filed a criticism with Srivilliputhur city police.
The youth has been recognized as Thirumurugan, an engineering diploma holder from Virudhunagar.
